Thanks to those of you who came out to CCS’ happy hour and open meeting on Friday, February 15th at the Deutsches Haus. CCS held elections for Vice President and Secretary (congrats, Allison and Michelle!), as well as discussed our upcoming trip to the APA National Planning Conference in San Francisco from April 13-16. Other ideas we tossed around were amplifying CCS’ imprint on New Orleans through UNO/campus service projects, a potential lecture series collaboration with a local real estate law firm, and details on our upcoming Crawfish Boil fundraising event in March. We wrapped up the meeting with a tour of the new building in its beautiful location overlooking Bayou St. John. We look forward to seeing everyone again soon - stay tuned for future events!
